1 cup of salt
4 tblspoons cream of tartar
3 tblspoons olive/sunflower oil
2 cups of boiling water
2 capfuls of food colouring
- Sift the flour, salt and cream of tartar into a mixing bowl.
- Mix the oil water and food colouring and add to the dry ingredients.
- Mix with a spoon until it forms a ball and then knead for a couple of minutes until it becomes soft and malleable.
