Food Lately

This week I have been mostly eating:

From Top 

1. Salad with baked camembert on thinly sliced french bread.
2. Salad: tuna, feta, cucumber, tomato, mixed leaves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.
3. Cottage pie made with organic beef mince, potato/sweet potato mash. We served it with organic buttered and seasoned thinly sliced carrots and peas.
4. Salmon, salad, potato and sweet potato handmade chips seasoned & cooked in organic coconut oil.
5. Chicken & lentil curry. Ingredients: ginger, garlic, onion, sweet red pepper, organic coconut oil, stock, coconut milk, fish sauce, red & green lentils, peas, chicken. Served on organic white basmati rice.
