Natural Sources of Prebiotics & Probiotics

I'm very interested in nutrition and I'm slowly coming round to the idea that we should be able to get all the nutrients we need from a good diet without the need for artificial supplementation. I'm striving to improve mine and Jessica's diets all the time. I thought it would be interesting to research into foods that provide natural sources of prebiotics and probiotics.
