Food For Thought

I've been busy the past few days with extremely important ish things like sorting out the house, catching up with the laundry, cleaning, sorting paperwork, shopping etc but I still managed  to make make some good dinners for Jess, go me indeed.

Monday she had chicken with broccoli rice and roasted butternut squash.

Tuesday it was chicken, butternut squash and red pepper soup.

I've started trying to keep wheat to a minimum in our food for example use more rice instead of pasta, use rice noodles instead of the wheat variety, and be at least a little bit healthy. I've tried a few wheat free / healthy breakfast cereals recently and the best one around in my opinion is definitely Eat Natural's gluten free toasted muesli with vine fruit. It really is good.
